Whistleblower Portal
Whistleblower Portal
Prima Klima Reisen GmbH operates an internal reporting office under the German Whistleblower Protection Act (Hinweisgeberschutzgesetz, HinSchG). Through this portal you can report breaches of law connected with our company securely and, if you wish, anonymously.
For general matters concerning trips, bookings or job applications, please use our contact form – the whistleblower portal is intended solely for reports under the HinSchG.
Who can submit a report?
The portal is open to anyone who has obtained information about breaches in connection with their professional activities – for example current and former employees, applicants, interns, temporary agency workers as well as employees of business partners and suppliers.
What can be reported?
You can report breaches that fall within the scope of the HinSchG – in particular criminal offences as well as certain regulatory offences and further breaches of law, for example in the areas of occupational safety, environmental protection, data protection, corruption or discrimination. In the form you assign your report to a category; “Other” is available for all remaining cases.
Confidentiality and anonymity
Your identity is treated confidentially in accordance with § 8 HinSchG, unless the law provides for an exception. You can also submit your report completely anonymously: no login is required, and the form does not ask for any details about you. Anonymous reports are processed in the same way. The content of your report and all attachments are stored in encrypted form. IP addresses are not stored permanently; they are processed only briefly to prevent abuse.
How your report is handled
- After you submit it, your personal ticket number is displayed exactly once. Please note it down in a safe place – it cannot be recovered.
- Receipt of your report is normally acknowledged within seven days (§ 17 (1) HinSchG); you can see the current state at any time via the status check.
- Within three months you will receive feedback through the portal on follow-up measures planned or already taken (§ 17 (2) HinSchG).
- With your ticket number you can view the processing status further down this page, read queries from the reporting office and reply anonymously.
Protection against reprisals
Under the HinSchG, whistleblowers are protected against reprisals such as dismissal, formal warnings or other disadvantages, provided the statutory conditions are met – in particular if, at the time of reporting, they had sufficient reason to believe that the information reported was true (§§ 33 et seq. HinSchG). Reporting incorrect information intentionally or through gross negligence is not protected and may have legal consequences (§ 38 HinSchG).
External reporting offices
Besides our internal reporting office, you may also turn to an external reporting office – the choice is yours (§ 7 HinSchG):
- the central external reporting office of the Federal Government at the Federal Office of Justice (Bundesamt für Justiz, BfJ)
- the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) within its area of responsibility
- the Federal Cartel Office (Bundeskartellamt) for breaches of competition law
