Our dispatch team plans vehicles, drivers and time buffers – matched to your route, your group size and your schedule. Our own workshop, our own fleet, short lines of communication: when something changes, we react immediately.

On the day of the trip
On-site support
On the day itself we are on site: dispatchers coordinate the fleet, contact persons welcome your guests at the airport or the hotel – and stay until the last bus is back.
Charter coach: your bus, your driver, your route
A school class, a sports club, a workforce or a group of friends – we have the right vehicle class for every group: from the S-Class with 16 seats to the XXL-Class with 80. Whether a day trip, a weekend away or a multi-day tour: we set off from Berlin across Germany and Europe.
You name the destination and the date. We provide bus and driver, plan the route and the breaks, and bring your group there and back again.
Tour service: from venue to venue
On tour, bands and productions often spend more time on the bus than in the hotel. That is why we plan the legs so that artists and crew arrive rested: overnight drives between two shows, departures timed to the load-in, and drivers who know rest periods and the tight access roads at venues.
Whether a single show or several weeks right across Europe: you look after the stage, we look after the road.
Teambus: a meeting room on wheels
Black and red genuine leather seats, conference tables and red ambient lighting: the Teambus does not look like a coach, it looks like a team dressing room on wheels. This is where things get discussed, worked on – or where everyone takes a breath before the big appointment.

Berlin city tour: your route, your pace
Brandenburg Gate, East Side Gallery, Charlottenburg Palace – or corners of the city few people see: we run city tours the way you want them, not along a standard route. With a tour guide if you like, in other languages too.
A compact highlights tour for conference guests or a leisurely round trip with photo stops on a company outing – you decide the length and the programme.
Transfers: on time, whatever the hour
A pick-up at BER at 5:30 a.m., a shuttle between hotel and conference hall, the return trip after midnight – transfers often run when everyone else has finished for the day. For us that is everyday business.
For companies, hotels and agencies we also run regular shuttle services – with a dedicated contact person and dependable routines.
Chauffeur service: when discretion and timing count
Delegations, guests of honour, confidential appointments – some journeys need more than a bus and a driver. Our chauffeur service combines professional driving with a sure touch: punctual, discreet and flexible.

Conference transport: everything runs in the background
Moving 200 delegates between BER, three hotels and the conference centre – out in the morning, back in the evening, a special shuttle to the dinner: that is exactly what our 40-plus own buses are there for. We develop your transport concept, dispatch the fleet and coordinate on site.
You concentrate on your event. We make sure everyone is where they need to be.
